Stop being shy! I’m back with some new simple tips on how to gain confidence in yourself. Read this article and put these self-confidence tips to use!
1. People don’t give a shit about you
Sorry, I had to make it vulgar to make you notice it. Realize that people don’t care about you. Most of the time they think only about themselves, not about you.
How often do you think about other people? I bet that you don’t do it very often. It’s the same with other people – they really don’t watch your every move (and if they do, they’re crazy and you should avoid them). So stop caring about what other people think – it’ll free your mind!
2. Give your life meaning
If you don’t have any major goals in your life (big dreams to achieve), you probably live your life without any (positive) feeling of anticipation, determination and burning desire to do something big. Give your life meaning and set some big goals (goals that can’t be achieved within a few months). Life without goals is somewhat meaningless. And that kills your self-confidence.
3. Get support
Do you have confident friends? If so, meet with them often and learn from them. If you don’t have any confident friends, befriend some confident people. Or convince your shy friends to change with you. As you should already know, your social circle has a great impact on you.
4. Improve your knowledge
In order to become a confident man, you should improve your social skills – learn to interact with people, learn to make an appearance of a confident person, learn the art of conversation. Read books and articles about self-confidence and social skills – they will greatly help you on your journey toward flawless confidence.
